Column works consist of ready-made building blocks like bricks or pavers in natural stone or concrete. They are built into columns using a building pattern specific to the given building blocks. The dimensions (height and diameter) of the installation vary and are site-specific.

Some columns are nomadic and not fixed in any way. Their dimensions can vary from installation to installation. For this more permanent column, the bricks are fixed in place.
